Multiple Openings:
We are seeking QA Software Test Engineers with an entrepreneurial spirit and interest in joining a new venture testing video games on a leading next generation game console & PC titles. You will work with a talented team that is innovative, fun, and results oriented. You will drive new projects using cutting-edge technology & processes.

Requirements:
*5+ years work related experience REQUIRED
*Must have proven experience writing formal test cases in structured test environment. This is.not* a job for entry level candidates wishing to get into QA or candidates that have only done ad-hoc testing.
*Knowledge of, and experience in, Black Box software testing principles.
*Demonstrated ability to define and use common terms and concepts for at least one operating system and environment required.
*Strongly prefer candidates with previous Games Testing experience.
*Must have the ability to learn new information quickly.
*Bachelor's degree, technical training certification, Associate's degree or equivalent work experience/training required.
*Knowledge of software testing standards, methods and conventions, and the product development cycle required.
*Must have demonstrated success in coordinating the test effort for one or more software projects, as well as testing software products and contributing to their quality standards.
*Experience with shipping a product/product cycle strongly preferred.

Other Responsibilities:

Execute test cases
Report bugs with highest quality
Regress all kinds of bugs
Verify accuracy & quality of bugs written by TAs
Run all types of test automation & monitoring software
Consistently find lots of bugs in all areas of a game
Write test cases for all areas of a game
Write test specs (test plans) for all areas of a game
Able to identify areas of a game not being tested sufficiently
Assign testing work to ensure game areas are tested sufficiently
Mentor & Monitor the testing work of up to 10+ Test Associates/Software Test Engineers
Write daily & weekly status reports when test lead is out
Be seen as the expert that other test team members go to
