EFX Senior Application Support Specialist. Banking
EFX, EMEA, Application Support, Risk management, life cycle development, Perl, networks, Production support, Money Markets.
My high profile investment bank is looking for a dynamic Senior Lead within their EFX application support team.
You will be required to perform the following tasks to the highest degree;
Working to resolve problems and incidents of varying complexity to enable services to continue to run and deliver service effectively by eradicating recurrences with the minimum disruption to the business.
Maintaining an excellent relationship with the eFX business by providing expert advice and precise updates on technical issues relating to the eFX platform.
Essentially you will have strong business knowledge as well as technical prowess. Having had some managerial experience before is helpful but not essential.
An understanding of the following is key;
Risk Management
Lifecycle Development
The infrastructure area
Networks and connectivity
Having come from an investment banking background is helpful in order to hit the ground running in this faced paced environment.
