REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 6+ years experience designing GUI components with emphasis in visual design. Extensive experience working in a team-based and multidisciplinary iterative design environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Previous E-commerce design experience. Experience leading project teams as well as serving as individual contributor. Proven skills to balancing multiple projects concurrently. Solid understanding of graphic design principles and best practices for online GUI design. Proactive work style, consensus-building teamwork and productive collaboration skills. Adobe software proficiency expected, (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash) Experience translating wireframes into successful Visual Design. Presentation, prototyping, Visio, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, MS Project skills a plus. Good prioritization, planning and organizational skills. Attention to detail and follow through. Online portfolio is mandatory. Bachelor's Degree is required. A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Computer Graphics, Digital Media Design or other visual arts is highly preferred.
