We are looking for a Senior Repairs Control Centre Officer to join and Supervise the Call Centre Repairs team...
HOURLY RATE: LTD £13.00 - £14.50 per hour - Local government Experience required.
PLEASE NOTE: SHIFT BASIS - 8-4 and 10-6
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Dealing with Tenants calling in with problems on their homes ie: repairs needing fixing etc... and organising this. To Deputy in the Manager absence Provide a customer focussed Front End for the reporting of repairs To provide a front line customer interface as part of a responsive repairs control centre, ensuring right first time completion of repairs for a range of customers. Supply Back Office administration support to the Building and Technical Services Division in order to assist the delivery of a high quality, customer focussed and continuously improving service. Actively contribute to the achievement of the wider Housing Landlord aims, operational objectives and future state.
