We urgently need an experienced Estate Surveyor ideally with Local Authority experience - The successful candidate will have understanding and experience within Acquisitions/disposals, Valuations; rating, compensation, Lease renewals; rent reviews; Estate management. £22 - £23 LTD
They will provide high quality professional estate management and valuation services in order to fulfil the Asset Management Planning and statutory requirements and deliver Corporate Capital Strategy undertaking dilapidations works. This needs to be undertaken by an RICS qualified Building Surveyor.

Must be RICS Quailfied.
Desirable
Some experience and knowledge of local Government practices and procedures.
