Description
To work as part of the reception team, the main responsibility is to welcome both internal and external guests to site, whilst also providing administrative support to our internal customers and adding a secondary degree of security to site facilities
Travel and Location:
Located at our Cheshire sites including both Alderley Park and Macclesfield. Candidate needs to be flexible, as they will be required to work at both sites.
25 hours per week on a rota basis 8-1 or 1-5, again flexibility is required.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all guests to site are greeted and booked in, in a friendly, courteous and professional manner
Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload to meet the needs of the customer
To maintain alertness to site security at all times by immediately raising any issues or concerns and also complies with the site rules.
Maintain accurate records/visitor details
Ensure compliance to SHE
Ensure that all reception areas are presented to a high standard
Resolve any problems as and when they occur in both a speedy and professional manner
Deal with telephone enquiries
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience working in a busy customer service environment
Excellent customer service skills
Computer skills
Skills and Capabilities
Customer focused
Excellent communication skills
Personal appearance must be of high standard
Display initiative and think logically
Remain calm under pressure
Display a flexible approach to work between sites and also hours
Attention to detail
Ability to work on own as well as part of a team
