Role

Execute allocated project tasks to agreed quality standards and timeframes; maintain project tools and records; and report on the status of project tasks being undertaken by other team members.

Specific Capabilities

  • 2 years project experience (administration/coordination)
  • Previous Telco or Banking experience (highly desired)
  • Intermediate/Advanced MS Office including Microsoft Project
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to drive process/governance within the program
  • Team Player
  • Ability to balance Customer demands inline with the needs of the business
  • Exposure to SharePoint Team Services (desirable)
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (desirable)

Specific Accountabilities

  • Coordinate and administer key elements of the programs, projects and/or initiatives undertaken by the team/line of business in line with established processes, as required
  • Maintain program documentation including SharePoint and distribution/acceptance of formal documentation
  • Undertake project training, prepare regular status reports or updates as required, or provide input into reports prepared by the Project/Program Manager'(s). May undertake project billing reporting as required.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate attendees, venues and relevant materials required; prepare and circulate meeting minutes for formal board meetings.
  • Research, obtain, analyse and sort information as required to achieve project deliverables.
  • Review and provide assistance with scheduling on a weekly basis.
  • Develop and maintain templates and standard forms for use by project team members in ensuring agreed TDP project methodology is being employed.
  • Order equipment, supplies and material in accordance with established procurement processes.
  • Provide advice regarding project and/or general administration processes and procedures.
  • Recommend improvements in processes to support consistent and efficient delivery of business outcomes and reduce variances.
  • Manage all program communications ensure quick turn-around on responses.
  • Administration of SharePoint Team Services and Program Logs on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Conduct monthly quality reviews on the program in line with the PMO compliance and scheduled audits.
