Service Desk Engineer - Help Desk Engineer - 1st Line Support - 2nd Line Support - Microsoft Support - Customer Support

Working on behalf of a leading technical outsourcer, I am currently recruiting a number of  technical help desk or service desk support engineers. You will be based on a client site in the Cambridge City Centre area and will be carrying out first line or second line support tasks and fixes. 

Technical Requirements

As a help desk engineer it is very important that you are a great communicator and can handle user support calls calmly and efficiently.

Technically you must have a full understanding of Microsoft IT infrastructure like Windows, Windows Server, Outlook, Exchange, Active Directory, Office, SCCM etc. Any further technical skills are covered in the clients service catalogue.

Your daily tasks will be to clear a backlog of support calls and to assist the team in all new IT support duties.
