My client is a leading financial services provider with an ever present appetite for change. As such they are undergoing one of the largest strategic change programmes in the world, taking place across the organisation. They are looking for a specialist in change with:
- Excellent process mapping skills (Lean/Six Sigma methodologies),
- Training in Lean/Six Sigma to a minimum Green Belt standard.
- Experience in the financial services sector,
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle financial software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
