Description
Our client in North Atlanta is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a team directing data quality initiatives across enterprise OSS/BSS applications used for network inventory and customer information. The PM will manage process improvements, resolve discrepancies, partner with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts, document and deliver policies, and manage scope, risk and status reporting.
This 12 month contract could possibly go to two years or permanent.
Qualifications: Must have past experience driving an enterprise program from beginning to end, successfully. Experience in leading, defining and/or optimzing business process and data from across systems. Ability to commuicate at a high level. Familiarity with network technology and TMForum (eTom) Business Process Frameworks. Must have Telecommunications industry experience
