Looking for a rock star Performance Tester IMMEDIATELY! This is a contract opportunity available in Dallas, TX for an enterprise level organization.
Qualified individual should have 5+ years experience in performance testing. Individual must have excellent technical, communication, and presentation skills. Must also have practical experience and solid understanding of the following technologies and tools: Performance Center/Loadrunner, Sitescope, ALM/Quality Center. Individual will design, develop, execute and implement customized performance tests for enterprise-level applications with minimal guidance. Execution of tests may occur outside of normal business hours including weekends.
REQUIRED:
1. Minimum 5 years performance testing experience.
2. Experience with HP LoadRunner performance testing tools, scripting, execution and reporting.
3. Must have protocol experience to include Web and HTTP/HTML protocols - other protocols are a plus!
4. Experience modeling technical requirements to evaluate performance impacts.
5. Experience developing performance requirements.
6. Experience validating performance test environments.
7. Experience working with cross functional project teams to define performance metrics and acceptance criteria.
8. Experience analyzing performance test results to evaluate impacts on production infrastructure and make comparisons with previous release benchmarks.
9. Experience providing performance tuning recommendations especially around operating systems and databases.
10. Experience providing performance sign-off and review results with the management and other technical groups.
EDUCATION:
4 year degree in Computer Science or IT related field preferred.
