Description
The Instructional Design Senior Lead helps build the conceptual design, guides the team to execute the design and is responsible for the overall design integrity of the learning asset. The Instructional Design Senior Lead provides the day-to-day direction of multiple training development project specifically course projects with medium to large scope (output hours average over 24) and significant budget (work effort over 250 hours). The Instructional Design Senior Lead ensures that projects are executed according to CDCoE process, quality, budget, and milestone standards. The Instructional Design Senior Lead tracks and reports progress to ensure completion according to agreed-upon schedule and within budget requirements for an average team of 5-7 Instructional Design Analysts and Senior Analysts.
