Executive IT Recruiter
Hours of the position: 8-5pm


Experience Requirements: 10+ years of overall recruitment experience with substantial expertise in recruiting for Information Technology (IT) at the senior level (Executive Director, Vice President, Sr. Vice President roles).
Experience working for a search firm placing senior level management talent (in IT) is highly desireable.
Ability to work independently with all levels of senior management/staff in a consultant and facilitator role is required.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Lotus Notes, electronic applicant tracking systems (ie.Taleo).
Scope of the project: The Executive Recruiter, Information Technology ensures that CLIENT attracts, cultivates, and identifies top talent for key leadership opportunities (in Information Technology) within the organization. This Executive Recruiter will also develop and implement recruiting strategies for complex assignments that impact the success of the organization.

Expert knowledge in the area of Internet search tools and techniques required.
Ability to manage upwards to multiple leaders' inputs is critical

Top daily responsibilities: 1) Manage the Executive Search Recruitment Process (client interface/meetings & response; review/assess candidates;
partner/communicate w/IT Executive Recruiters/Recruiting Assistant;. offer development)
2) Taleo management
3) Interface with key partners: Human Resources/Business Partners, Compensation, Leadership Development
4) Ongoingly learn the business of IT @ CLIENT
5) Attend team meetings (weekly)

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
Position Description: Sources, attracts and screens new employees for nonexempt and exempt positions. Maintains and seeks valuable sourcing contacts in the industry including college recruiting, technical schools, job fairs, and affirmative action programs. Conducts reference checks. May coordinate examinations, travel, and reporting dates.

Experience Level: 10+ Years.

Skill Set: Full life-cycle recruitment experience. Must have experience meeting with internal/external clients.
