Volt Finance is recruiting on behalf of a leading software organisation for a Financial Compensation Analyst to work within a very busy team. You will have a high level of integrity due to the sensitive data you will be handling as well as advanced Excel skills at a minimum of 2007 or above. A proven background working within Data Entry, Financial compensation or Finance Analyst position where you have been dealing with high volume of data within Excel and compensation/reporting tools is essential.
You will have a very high level of attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. You will be comfortable working within an international team and be confident at dealing with ambiguity within a challenging fast moving department.
