Rate: £500- £550
Location: London
Contract: 6 months

The ideal candidate must have experience with card payments, operating environments, implementing and upgrading SWIFT and UNIX systems (Solaris and AIX flavours). This role is highly client facing so presentation and communication is vital for the right candidate, therefore you must have had experience working with a number of clients at any given time.
You will be working with end clients to deliver services, on a general ad-hoc basis, updating and implementing systems with Release 7.0.

1. Delivering of consultancy services to key accounts

2. To assist the Professional Services Manager with the effective delivery of consultancy and supporting services to customers ensuring customer satisfaction.

3. Guidance of consultants and consultancy services.

4. Assisting the Professional Services Manager with the daily running and management of the technical services department and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Actively delivering consultancy services for complex and high end accounts.

2. Assist and direct consultants on an individual basis as required, aiding them in the delivery of their work. Therefore being a point of reference for the team and supplying a level of management direction.

3. Supplying input into the Organisation infrastructure to enable better service delivery (eg Intranet sites for SWIFT and other related resources)

4. Assist with the maintenance and where possible development of technical resources and documentation (eg HealthCheck forms, software, installation checklists/plans, etc.)

5. Ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures, statutory and regulatory requirements.

6. Assisting the Sales department, by liaising with account managers/sales staff as necessary and undertaking joint visits where sales opportunities have been identified.

7. Holding a position on the out of hours call rota to support clients own infrastructure and the Organisations.

8. Manning the Organisations Helpdesk from time to time as required.

Essential Skills:
*SWIFT and UNIX (Solaris or AIX flavours)
*Updating and implementing SWIFT software systems
*Strong Client and Stakeholder management skills (you will be required to work with a large number)
*Knowledge and understanding of release 7.0. (however experience with this version would be highly beneficial)
*SWIFT Qualification (desirable)
