A Resource Talent Consultant is now required by my leading financial services client based in Bromley.
Experience required:
- Experience in a senior resource role for top consultancy firm
- Be a subject matter expert in resourcing and talent mobility
- Be experienced in managing multiple projects at any one time, responding to changing business needs
Role responsibilities:
- Introducing best practice resource recruitment and processes for Change Management
- Must have experience of managing a large resource pool for business change programmes
- Tracking MI activity
- Schedule people on to projects based on individual aspirations as well as areas of expertise and development
- Hiring permanent resources and contract resources into Business Change in line with demand requirements
- Identify resource needs and work with the relevant managers to schedule resources to meet demand
