Position Description:
This position is for a senior tester with automation responsibilities for the development of Portal applications using the scrum methodology. As the scrum team automation expert, this position will be automating the test efforts for their development team in an iterative manner through implementation.
Responsibilities
• Work with the Product Owner to thoroughly understand the application requirements and build automated test cases.
• Work “shoulder to shoulder” with the scrum team developers, constantly testing and providing feedback on their work.
• Participating in and contributing to daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings
• Track defects in the appropriate tool (Rally and or Quality Center)
• Maintain appropriate documentation.
• Participate in release “go-live” activities, including release validation

• Websphere Portal
Skills & Experience
• 2 years experience in using Selenium TestNG
• 6+ years of software testing experience using best practices
• 1+ years of experience using Scrum/Agile methodologies
