Description
We are currently looking for Global Real Estate Analyst for a 2 month contract position in Roswell, GA. The position provides a key source of financial expertise and transaction execution coordination and/or support to the Director. Real Estate and Business Unit Teams.Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting or related area of study required.*
Minimum of five years of global commercial real estate transaction and lease administration experience (prefer with a Fortune 500 company, including selecting and managing third-party brokers). [for external posting only]*
Above-average level of financial analysis (DCF) and project evaluation skills, including the ability to translate a proposed transaction structure into expected cash flows and financial reporting implications.*
Experience with capital investment analysis and forecasting techniques.*
Familiarity with other financial areas such as general accounting, tax, legal and treasury to be able to recognize the need for additional involvement from these teams.*
Strong collaboration and communication skills and the ability to work with the internal business teams, landlords and lead third-party brokers to facilitate the evaluation, negotiation and completion of global real estate transactions.*
Advanced skills with computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and a working knowledge of other systems, including database applications, as required.*
Preffered Skills :
* Industrial commercial brokerage experience would be a plus, but is not required.*
* Kaizen, LEAN, Six Sigma, or other Continuous Improvement experience desirable.*
* Master*s degree, SIOR, CCIM or other certifications highly attractive.*
