Our client is a major Broadcasting Company seeking a Retail Asset Administrator based in London for an initial 6 week contract.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, knowledgeable and organised Asset Administrator who has experience in Finance, Administration and Database management. Aiding and implementing a proactive and supportive asset and commercial program across multi-retail sites and formats.

Key responsibilities:

Responsible for processing and managing systems and process to control and report on spend across retail Asset team cost centres
Responsible for ordering new/replacement supplies/equipment and processing all internal/external supplier invoices and manage the approval process through to timely payment
Responsible for maintaining Asset Database and Managing all updates and ensuring all data is accurate at all times
Develop and Maintain Asset Register for all functional and non-functional equipment across sites, and ensuring all non-functional/damaged equipment is repaired under warranty or disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner. In addition, it is important such a register is available to auditors and finance team for assessment.
Providing support to Manager when organising stand moves, closures and/or new openings
Assist in managing the delivery of POS to site on opening or refurbishing any stands, working with the Marketing team.
Assistant in supporting all non-technical issues will be required from time to time and following up all assigned support enquiries to conclusion.
Provide daily support to all retail sites by answering all their support enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Continuously improve processes and drive efficiencies, to deliver cost effective and timely support to the retail sites
Build and manage relationships with all internal and external 3rd party service providers such as Lawyers, Bailiffs, Local Authorities, equipment suppliers, maintenance providers, centre management operations team and cleaning contractors.
