Job Title: Eurocamp Marketing Assistant (Temporary)
Based: Hartford Manor, Hartford, Northwich
Reporting to: Eurocamp Head of Brand
Contract: 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Salary: Dependent upon experience

An opportunity has arisen to join the Eurocamp Marketing Team on an initially temporary basis. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Eurocamp team in the development and execution of marketing plans.

This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and committed individual looking for their first marketing position, and will provide experience in many aspects of marketing including PR, brochure production, direct mail, e-mail, social media, and online video.

Main areas of focus will include:

  • Direct mail & brochure - to assist with production of brochures and direct mail as required, monitoring campaign performance and to assist with monitoring sales performance.
  • General marketing communications - including internal reports, reports on competitors, updating Contact Centre with details of marketing activity and working with a number of external agencies to assist in the delivery of the marketing programme.
  • PR - working with the PR agency to formulate a quarterly plan of press releases and to advise them of any promotions or new product details, collate press coverage and handle journalist's enquiries.
  • E-commerce - assisting with the production of emails and online content in conjunction with the E-commerce team.

It is essential that the successful candidate be numerate with good attention to detail, have excellent interpersonal skills, be a strong communicator and be of a Graduate or equivalent level.

This position requires the candidate to have the ability to work under their own initiative as well as part of a collaborative team. They must be able to prioritise, multi task and work to often tight deadlines.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, with a sense of tone needed for various audiences. They will have a proactive attitude and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

It is desirable that the successful candidate has previous marketing or travel experience with a creative flair, coming up with fresh, new ideas with consumer and product awareness.

This is a temporary position, with the potential to lead to a permanent role.
