About the Role:
This position will see the successful Senior Billing Systems Support Analyst be responsible for the re-formatting, posting and updating Internet content (such as reports, documents, etc) in a timely manner. Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to the delivery and support of applications for internal and external customers.
- Develop and support internal and external CoBS' applications.
- Provide technical advice to Operations Team members on CoBS applications.
- Create User accounts in Activity Directory and add users to databases.
- Validate and deploy applications and/or updates to hosting sites.
- Meet agreed billing deliverables and service levels.
- Minimise rework of deployments, dockets or incidents.
- Provide a positive contribution to team performance.
- Achieve positive outcomes with internal stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Experience of delivering online applications is ESSENTIAL.
- You will require knowledge of Microsoft IIS 6/7.5 and Microsoft Office technologies.
- Experience in the administration of Microsoft ISA Proxy Server.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows file system security.
- Experience of JScript, VBScript and Microsoft SQL Server would advantageous.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft DotNet.
- General networking knowledge.
- You will have to be able to demonstrate a dedicated delivery ethos and have a proven history in taking personal accountability for results.
