Senior Marketing Effectiveness Manager

A leading global bank requires a Senior Marketing Effectiveness manager to lead a large scale optimisation of Marketing Investment through effective marketing effectiveness/performance evaluation.
This includes reporting, strategy and influencing.

You must be able to influence and engage with CEOs, Marketing Directors and Product Heads across the organisation. Success is when senior stakeholders are fully engaged and utilising expertise
Collaborate with Group Centre Marketing on budget processes/performance management. Ensure strategic goals and priorities are achieved

# Marketing Effectiveness Strategy
Set clear strategy to track and monitor marketing effectiveness
Influence senior stakeholders and get their buy in
Ensure strategic aims are translated into quick execution

# Dashboard design and reporting execution 20%
Evaluate various KPI's to be adopted ensuring all types of marketing investment are considered eg advertising, digital/aggregators, direct, events etc. Job holder will be responsible for determining best metrics, gaining senior stakeholder buy-in

# Marketing performance analysis
Influence and lead core planning process
Analyse, interpret and communicate performance data
Ensure all the KPI/reporting supports prioritisation analysis
Developing and managing strong senior level business and stakeholder relationships
