Project Description:
Client needs a strong SAP HCM consultant to Lead with the rollout of the HCM portion of a global SAP template
Requirements:
1. Must have 3- 5+ years of SAP HCM functional requirements gathering and configuration experience including SAP HCM experience relating to:
a. Developing & managing HR systems and related processes with SME in Payroll and Time management desirable
i. Technical/functional experience in the SAP HCM sub-modules: Payroll and Time Management
ii. Technical/functional experience in the SAP HCM sub-modules: Benefits, Enterprise Compensation, Personnel Administration, Personnel Development, and Organizational Management (HUGE PLUS)
b. Able to translate business goals into a set of requirements which can be supported by a technical solution
c. Able to complete complex implementations in a specific area where requirements are potentially unclear and inconsistent
d. Understands the general strategic and operational dimensions of the relevant industry and applies to solution
e. Experience through multiple (2+) full life cycles, from blue printing to go-live
f. Vertical Experience in Aerospace or defense is a HUGE PLUS
2. Ability to train business users on new functionality
3. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.
4. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator
5. Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of this project.
