You'll be working with and supporting a high calibre SAP implementation team specifically providing leadership for post go live support and managing Hypercare process. It's a unique option for a strong manager and dynamic communicator who wants to enjoy challenge and variety in a complex fast paced environment.
The role is to ensure business transition from Legacy to SAP ERP systems is as smooth as possible through maximum utilization, problem resolution and effective communication!
More specifically this comprises recording & monitoring issues at 'go live'sites, coordinating issue response with site, corporate and IT leads, root cause analysis and resolutions, liaise/communicate with PMO, Manage all Hypercare systems support & training, act as SAP evangelist across the business and add to continuous improvement and best practice.
We're looking for talented individuals and your credentials should include 5+ years project management experience, some knowledge and cross functional experience with SAP, University Degree, and good business sense.
HOWEVER personal characteristics will differentiate the successful applicant such as ability to lead manage and motivate, superb communication skills, ability to promote change and build consensus, dynamic problem solving skills and high level of personal and professional integrity!
The role is based in Mississauga area and is easily commutable from the wider GTA such as Toronto, Markham, Newmarket, Aurora, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Brampton, Hamilton, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Oakville, Milton, Burlington.
