The scope of the positions is change management supporting enterprise level projects, involving large scale system implementations and transforming business process, technology, structure, culture and people.
Your responsibilities will encompass, business impact assessment, communications with stakeholder, building culture change, designing and coordinating training, implement knowledge transfer programs, document changed to organisation charts and Job descriptions, implement scorecard system for monitoring progress, and lead on post go live support.
To meet these challenges, we're looking for a tenured SAP Consultant with several years' consulting or corporate side experience. The successful candidate will have a relevant bachelors degree, 10 years ERP experience, 5+ in SAP implementation, project management, change management background. Preference will be given to those with a functional mix of the following: BI, Change, vendor management, procurement, supplier management, merchandising, supply chain, inventory and finance.
The successful candidates will differentiate themselves due to superior strategic orientation, business acumen, relationship building, communicating and influencing and bias for action!
