Role:
Our client's Deployment & Change Management team require the services of an experienced Configuration Management contractor to assist it in developing and implementing the Configuration Management process and tool set.

Selection Criteria:
Proven experience in developing & implementing Configuration Management processes.
Proven experience in the implementation & management of Configuration Management toolsets. HP Service Centre/Service Manager preferred.
Demonstrated ability to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the organisation.
Previous experience working in a multi-sourced environment.
