This organisation, located in the heart of the Sydney CBD, has been growing rapidly since its inception in 2005. In this newly created role, they are looking for a Project Change Manager to work in a fixed term hire till June 2012. You will be responsible for creating and implementing organisational change management plans, that drive change adoption by minimising employee resistance and  maximising employee engagement.
The role will see you:
  • Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans - including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan - that are integrated with all other programme change management plans, to ensure effective transition of the Capability Improvement Programme's organisational changes.
  • Collaborate with, and support, other programme change management team members and project managers to ensure the integration and successful delivery of change management activities across the programme.
  • Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
  • Several years experience in Organisational Change Management coupled with tertiary level qualifications in Change Management or an associated discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering Change Management services in a process improvement, capability development and/or knowledge management project environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a Project Management environment, in particular large, complex or multi stream projects across organisations.
  • Demonstrated experience in undertaking complex stakeholder engagement.
  • The role will involve travel to their Brisbane offices
