As preferred supplier to this leading Telco Candle are seeking a Production Support Analyst to join the Team within a very busy online and content management environment.
 
You will have similar experience within a medium to large scale organisation with experience in a fast paced applications/production environment. To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:  
  • Java exposure
  • Perl exposure
  • Application logging, monitoring and alarming systems experience
  • Knowledge of CMS methodologies
  • A solid grounding in technical support or fault coordination within tier 1/tier 2 support
  • Solid customer facing/servicing experience
  • Service quality monitoring and performance reporting
  • Experience with fault management tools
