Sales Administrator/Customer Advisor Job
Chadderton Oldham Salary: £7.04 per hour (37 hours per week)

My client are a multi national luxury Internet fashion business based in Chadderton & they are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to deal with client enquiries via email & phone.
You will be an experienced customer advisor with excellent written communication skills to deal with a high number of Sales enquires via email & phone. You will need to be customer focused with ability to build relationships with key clients & completely support the sales function of the business.
For this role you will be directly involved in;
- Answering customer correspondence via email
- Supervision and handling of orders via email & phone - supporting the development of promotional materials & communications.
The successful candidate will need to be an experienced customer advisor/administrator with a proactive, resilient & tenacious approach to work. Excellent written communication skills are essential as the main area of this role will be corresponding directly with clients regarding a range of enquiries.
