Responsibilities:
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity for an experienced Business Process Analyst to help realise major business initiatives.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing and identifying improvements to processes to meet the needs of the program.
- Collaborate with business partners, technology groups, suppliers and customer groups to elicit, analyse, prioritise, validate, document and communicate business requirements.
- Develop a process work package that will drive the desired change to business process.
- Plan, estimate and report on Business Analysis activities.
- Model the current 'As-Is' and future 'To-Be' processes, which form the basis for process redesign and improvements
- Recommend solutions that enable the organisation to achieve the targeted business outcomes and deliver business value.
- Support Testing, Training and Implementation activities to ensure the successful delivery of the overall business and technology solutions.
- Your job will also involve preparing high level business impacts for the change stream and contributing to the definition of the Benefits Realisation Plan.
- The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in business process improvement and business analysis
- Previous experience working within Telco/telecommunication organisations
- Excellent planning, reporting and documentation skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship management skills, including practical vendor management
- Ability to lead teams in a Matrix environment and experience in managing client relationships with multiple stakeholders
- An ability to work under pressure and with multiple priorities.
- You will have been a Business Analyst team member in major Information Technology delivery projects ensuring that the solution enables business processes
- Solid Process Modelling, re-engineering, Gap Analysis and Business Analysis
- Experience with/understanding of Use-Cases and UML
