Position Concept
This position is responsible for maintaining and operating the company's information security systems and executing procedures on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. This position provides support for all systems that are used to secure the corporate information technology assets. The scope includes all network, operating system, and web server platforms throughout the company and its subsidiaries.

Primary Responsibilities
This position serves as an Information Technology Security Analyst enterprise wide; responsible for implementing, managing and enforcing information security and compliance directives. This position will have primary responsibility for supporting the company's IT security program.
- Performing on-going security assessments vulnerability scans/internal penetration testing
- Firewall configuration, operations and monitoring
- Monitoring Intrusion Detection systems for external threats
- Managing Web Content Filtering
- Develops and audits relevant reports:
optimizing logging sources to minimize impact on system resources.
- Perform log monitoring, alerting and analysis.
- Analyzes and optimizes the current logging infrastructure.
- Understanding of common security protocols such as:
Kerberos, RADIUS, TACACS+, SSL, TLS, SSH, IPSec, S/MIME, PKI and SFTP
- Strong sense of professionalism, integrity and ethics
