My Client has an opportunity available for a Resource Analyst based in Edinburgh to join a busy programme management office looking after recruitment and resource
The role is working within Financial Services but previous financial services experience is not a pre-requisite
Outline of Role/Responsibilities
To support the management of recruitment/budget tracking and challenge, including regular interface with project managers and input into Exec reporting packs.
Manage vacancy tracker and ensure approval process adhered to for all new vacancies.
To consolidate the SME forecast demand and ensure information is sense checked and aligns with Programme plans etc.
To assist in processing joiners/leavers/movers within a fast moving and expanding Programme ensuring a quality service is provided across the Programme.
Provide ongoing analysis and support to key stakeholders.
Analysis, communication and monitoring of resource MI performance, including identification and escalation of threats/opportunities and mitigants.
Identify & implement improvements to outputs and processes.
Production and delivery of monthly Flash and Board briefing papers and forecast/budget briefing papers to a wide range of stakeholders across the group, including Executive level.
Build strong relationships with Leadership Team and their teams to ensure a free, impartial flow of information.
Deal effectively with adhoc queries from across the Programme.
