Description
As a Cash & Banking Process Owner you will:
- Control and escalation point for a number of bank accounts and payment processes
- Work with offshore based team and outsourced service providers to ensure end to end control and delivery of banking activities and processes
- Application C&B standard to the bank accounts within the remit
- Routine audits of systems accesses and updates of access details
- Process efficiency investigations and proposals
- Investigation and escalation of bank reconciling items
- Resolution of internal and external C&B queries
- Processing cash forecasts and cash calls
- Undertake project to identify issues and propose solutions for the Shipping C&B process
- Payroll Billing cover
Your characteristics:
- Attention to detail and a right first time' attitude
- Appreciation of the application of standards and control processes to sensitive company information and the need for security within a C&B process
- Ability to deal with many & varied stakeholders
- Ability to work with a team in a remote location and manage the time differences
- Able to multitask
- Problem solving and working with others to effect resolutions
Other
- You do not have to be a qualified accountant or have direct C&B experience but you must be able to demonstrate skills applicable to the role and have good financial awareness.
