RCM Analyst, Milwaukee WI
Basic functions: Provide daily client support of MinePro by making sure connectivity is working for onsite use/data available to other selected users. Work with various MinePro stakeholders and client corporate offices to ensure proper use, and implementation and compliance. Ensure maintenance orders are coded into SAP for continual flow of data for execution of KPI reports and availability reports, and integrates seamlessly into other systems
1) Interface between CLIENT Corporate Operations and MinePro in executing strategies/implementing policy to support the LCM Initiative.
2) Provide Global Technical Service (GTS) with the necessary MinePro requirements to support a maintenance strategy which covers the LCM/CPH contractual commitments.
3) Provide the CLIENT organization with the resources necessary for successful execution of Component Tracking System (CTS) strategies through training, documentation, and support.
4) Support MinePro in successful bidding of LCM and CPH contracts.
5) Generate all required SAP Load files for Life Cycle Management related activities and sustain SAP maintenance items, plans, strategies, and functional location partner files; maintain status reports for progress for multiple product lines.
6) Create feedback reporting for MinePro and CLIENT Milwaukee that will be used in LCM contracts and CTS functions in SAP to include contractual KPI reports and availability reports.
7) Coordinate MinePro data submissions with LCM to complete Life Cycle Management activities for multiple product lines.
8) Develop and maintain procedures and processes for preparing data and monitoring effective use of systems.
Qualifications: Must have experience with Asset Performance Management tool Meridium along with a heavy background in Reliability and Maintenance Engineering in a past analyst role. MRP experience required, experience with SAP a plus. Excellent communication skills.
