Title: Training Developers - UPK

Location: Atlanta, GA

Type: 6 Month Contract

Position Summary

CCCi's client has an immediate need for a UPK Training Developer for a 6 month contract opportunity. The developers will be responsible for all UPK training materials:
- Collaborates with SMEs and leads on business process and policy content for training materials
- Creates detailed Business Process Documents to support training materials
- Creates and adheres to detailed training development schedule for all assigned topics
- Identifies and validates training topics (courses) and validation
- Creates UPK training materials based on established standards
- Edit and finalize UPK training materials based on peer and SME review

Key Responsibilities:
- Support development of informational briefings
- Develop content for program curricula deliverables:
. Course Outlines
. Courseware Presentations
. Business process flows
. End User Procedures in UPK
. Business scenario-based exercises
. Exercise data simulations in UPK
. Skills assessments and job aides (eg, Quick Reference Cards, Job Aids, etc.)
- Conduct Peer Reviews of all materials
- Meet with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather learning objectives and overall understanding
- Review training curriculum/content with SMEs and obtain sign-off
- Report weekly on project status and issues to project management
- Facilitate material review session with SMEs
- Prepare trainers to deliver program content
- Peer review of UPK training materials
- Participate in UAT
