Senior Customer Strategy & Planning Manager required by the retail arm of leading global bank to ensure effective mid-term (MTP) and short-term (STP) planning by discussing and agreeing marketing requirements and budgets with business stakeholders.

This role will entail:

50% Strategic Marketing Planning
30% Marketing Campaign and Activity Management
20% Team Management, BU Leadership & Support

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

* Expert knowledge in marketing strategy, research methodology and insight generation
* Extensive experience of delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple stakeholders and businesses
* Ability to work with and influence senior individuals and teams across different areas, functions and business units, challenging and overcoming organisational boundaries
* People managements skills - ability to grow, develop and inspire high standards of performance
* Strong communications skills - verbal and written
* Strong track record of budget management
