My client is one of the biggest specialist retailers with a national footprint of over 180 stores. There delivery network is one of the largest in the UK and continuing to grow.
My client is looking to recruit a Interim HR Business Partner to be based at our East London Office however as they have a national footprint travel will be required.
Your role will be providing interim generalist HR support to the Group HR Manager with the delivery of the people agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the retail team with other restructures as required
- Provide support to the retail team and help with the opening of new stores.
- Work alongside the recruitment team to assist in the recruitment of staff for new and existing stores
- Work with the L&D team to identify the training needs of existing staff.
- Performance Reviews.
Work alongside the retail team with store closures ensuring compliance with legal obligations. Support the ER team in complex disciplinary and grievance, attending hearing as required.
Other projects you may be required to work on are
- Employee handbook review
- AWR implementation
- Recruitment and selection
- Review of contracts of employment.
