A leading Accountancy firm are seeking a Change and Case Manager to be based at any of the following locations,

Leicester
Birmingham
Kettering
Northampton
Cambridge
Norwich
Ipswich
Reading
Gatwick
Bristol
Southampton

Its 1 year FTC to cover a maternity contract. The purpose of the role is to is to coach, advise and support line Managers in a range of Employee Relation and Change Matters, including; disciplinary, capabilities, grievances, absence management, flexible working, mediation, culture change, TUPE acquisitions and disposals, restructure and process reviews. The change and case manager will also be responsible for the Change and Case Advisors in their region and will ensure excellent service delivery to managers and partners.

The main responsibilities -

Acts as an ambassador of the firm, working in line with the firms Values
Understand the firms strategy by a variety of means, raising the brand awareness and profile
Manage the delivery of case work
Support and advise managers to facilitate any Organisational Change, Business Restructures and Redundancies
Advise and support Managers in the understanding of policy, dealing with Discipline and Grievance
Develop strong consultative relationships with Key Stakeholders
Coaching Managers in all areas of Employee Relations
You will have experience of working in Professional Services, experience of Employment Tribunals, Organisational re-Design and TUP acquisitions and disposals. You will be CIPD Qualified.
