Description
Service Architect with excellent experience of developing Service Solutions Architecture/Designs, required for an initial 3 month contract based in Derby. Local Government experience preferred.
As the Service Architect you will have the following responsibilities:
Gathering business requirements
Liaising with operational areas
Delivering an end-to-end service design
Producing business cases
Delivering an SLA and high-level process/procedures
As the Service Architect you should have the following experience:
Developing Service Solutions Architecture/Design
Producing SLAs, Service Descriptions and Service Catalogues
ITIL
Understand a broad range of ICT areas
Vendor management
