Product Compliance Manager (E-commerce) - London - 6 months - Circa £600 per dayMy Client a leading Card Payments organisation with Offices in London is looking to recruit a Product Compliance Manager on an initial 6 month contract. This position will be paying Circa £600 per day. The Product Compliance manager will work closely with the various business and programme stakeholders to identify, develop, implement and report on the compliance programme to support the launch and market adoption of the new E-commerce product from the client.
Key Accountabilities:
- Define overall compliance framework to ensure Participants' adherence to the product policies and rules
- Develop compliance rules in coordination with various product owners and business stakeholders
- Define the requirements for and oversee the implementation of, the compliance measurement and reporting capabilities and tools
- Post-launch, track and provide regular reports to the product owners and other stakeholders
- Liaise with the team in the development of the compliance program and the inclusion of the compliance rules into the organisation's Operating regulations
Essential criteria:
- Previous experience in the controls, compliance or risk management function
- Knowledge of and understanding of card scheme rules
- Good understanding of the payment industry market and the card payment landscape
- Strong written, analytical, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated business acumen and strategic problem solving in order to identify key issues and develop actionable plans and recommendations
- Demonstrated hands-on project management capabilities with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, and influence and negotiate with other business and product stakeholders
- A can do mentality - demonstrating a real passion for making things happen combined with a flexible approach reflecting the dynamic nature of the role.
