Description:Our Hauppauge, NY based client is a leading medical record retrieval company that specializes in the record retrieval needs of the Insurance Industry, Litigators, Health Insurance Plans, Hospitals, Providers, and Third Party Administrators
We are seeking passionate, honest, positive thinkers with a 'can-do' attitude to join a team of top Medical Record Customre Service Reps. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Placing a high volume of calls to medical providers to arrange appointments for filed personnel
- Follow up calls as necessary
- Maintain call logs and report detail regarding calls and appointments made.
- Meet required production levels for number of appointments scheduled
- Assist with other projects as needed
Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of recent experience in any of the following roles:
Call Center
Sales/Telemarketer
Collector
Client Services (outbound)
- Highly motivated, results driven and very RELIABLE
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle heavy phone work and provide top-notch service.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- HS diploma or GED required
Location : Hauppauge, NY - not accessible by public transportation
Pay : $10.50/hour
Hours: Monday - Friday Full time shifts between 8:30-5:00
Note: Client will conduct a Phone Screen first with all candidates. You will be asked to read from a script.
