£22.00 per hour PAYE
We are a recruitment company and we are currently looking for a couple of Care Managers (Occupational Therapist) in the West London area on a contract basis.
A professional Occupational Therapy qualification recognised by the HPC
State Registered Occupational Therapist with the Health Professional Council.
Experience of working within a social care or health organisation delivering assessment and care management services to adults or older people with disabilities.
A comprehensive understanding of the role of Occupational Therapy within a Community Care setting, relevant legislation and Government policy.
A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of disability and ill health and its impact.
Understanding of needs of people from ethnic minority communities and different cultures.
Ability to demonstrate understanding, awareness and empathy of service users.
Up to date knowledge of daily living equipment, ie Bath boards, rails.
Evidenced ability to undertake client centred Needs Led Assessments and work within an Assessment and Care Management Framework.
Evidenced ability to work to professional Occupational Therapy standards and meet performance requirements.
