Responsibilities in the following areas:

• Impact Assessment/Learning Needs Analysis, Learning and Performance Support, Workforce Transition, Communication Planning and Management, Organisation Alignment and Change Readiness Assessment
• Change implementation through SAP or ERP solutions

Qualifications in the following areas:

• Change management experience in SAP context (HCM module)
• Knowledge of Learning, Knowledge Management, Requirements/Needs Analysis, Change Readiness Assessment, Communication Planning and Management, Organisation Design and Change Tracking
• Relevant tertiary and professional qualifications.

Preferred skills in the following areas:

• Proven success in a team environment
• Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong technical skills
• Strong pro-active outlook
