Responsibilities in the following areas:
- Impact Assessment/Learning Needs Analysis, Learning and Performance Support, Workforce Transition, Communication Planning and Management, Organisation Alignment and Change Readiness Assessment
- Change implementation through SAP or ERP solutions
- Change management experience in SAP context (HCM module)
- Knowledge of Learning, Knowledge Management, Requirements/Needs Analysis, Change Readiness Assessment, Communication Planning and Management, Organisation Design and Change Tracking
- Relevant tertiary and professional qualifications.
- Proven success in a team environment
- Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical skills
