DESCRIPTION
The Customer Service Representative will processes incoming orders under limited supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Receives, evaluates, and answers customer inquiries (phone or correspondence) of a moderately complex nature.
Qualifications:
  • Requires a high school education or equivalent and two to four years experience.
  • Medical professional liability background is good.
  • Client relationships skills required.
  • Customer service knowledge required.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
  • Phone skills a must.
  • Required professionalism.
