DESCRIPTIONThe Mailroom Clerk will perform a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Cover Receptionist
- Order office supplies
- Help vendors as needed
- Maintain materials and supplies
- Deliver and mail checks and do Bank deposits
- Receive/Distribute shipments
- Meeting setup - tables/chairs, drinks
- Do a monthly Xerox copy count
- Help IT with computer/desk moves as needed
- Arrange company van repairs as needed
- Maintain coffee bar stations

- Admin/Clerical experience
