DESCRIPTION

The Mailroom Clerk will perform a variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Cover Receptionist
  • Order office supplies
  • Help vendors as needed
  • Maintain materials and supplies
  • Deliver and mail checks and do Bank deposits
  • Receive/Distribute shipments
  • Meeting setup - tables/chairs, drinks
  • Do a monthly Xerox copy count
  • Help IT with computer/desk moves as needed
  • Arrange company van repairs as needed
  • Maintain coffee bar stations

  • Admin/Clerical experience
