Sr. Business Analyst needed for a long term contract opportunity located in Columbia, South Carolina! The Sr. Business Analyst defines customer business needs relative to the IVR/VRU channel, and translates business requirements into corresponding technical solutions. In this role you will ensure proposed technical solutions to meet the customer's business requirements for work efforts. You will also Provide input and guidance into the planning and prioritization of business analysis activities, in support of new Development efforts and Tier-2 technical support.
