Position Summary
This position will function as the primary support resource in the IT organization for Oracle E-business Suite release 11i.
Modules include:
General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), Purchasing (PO), Inventory (INV), iProcurement, Accounts Receivables and Asset Tracking. This position functions as the key contact for the organization on all production issues and regularly interacts with the Business End Users.
Qualifications/Skills
- Requires at least 2 years experience in 2 to 3 of the following Oracle modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), Purchasing (PO), Inventory (INV), iProcurement, Accounts Receivables and Asset Tracking.
- Basic familiarity with month-end close financial procedures and support requirements.
- Basic familiarity with Oracle EBS Workflow/AME for requisition and AP invoice approvals.
- 2-3 years working experience using Oracle EBS in a system support or user administration ( Financial applications).
- Demonstrated competency in relational databases and reporting/query technologies, particularly SQL and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Working knowledge in Unix and Windows operating environments and FTP processes.
- Technical skills including Toad, Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills.
