Description
Global industry leader known as a Top Employer in the Atlanta area seeks a Systems Engineer with 10(minimum) - 15(preferred) years of experience to support the roll out of Windows 7 and Office 2010. Contract position with the possibility of long term employment.
Skills and Competencies:
- LANDesk (Management Tool) expertise in PC image build and zero touch deployment of Win7.
- Application compatibility and testing of Win7 & Office 2010 migrating from XP & Office 2003.
- Reporting by LANDesk - (ref: PC Hardware, OS, Office versions, state agents on PC's,etc).
- Deployment and roll out of hard drive encryption for PC's (Credant product).
- Deployment and roll out of Firewall and Host Intrusion Protection for PC's (from LANDesk Security Suite).
- MAC expertise - Image build and roll out using Apple Remote Desktop & LANDesk.
- Looking for someone who has experience performing these tasks in an enterprise level environment.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
- 10 - 15 years experience required. Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably 15 years.
