For one of our multinational client in the finance industry, we are currently looking for a

MS Excel, MS Access and VBA Specialist

Description

Our client has a global migration of Microsoft Office Content to Office 2010. You will have the responsibility to provide management oversight of application remediation activities in the MS Office content areas.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the issues escalated in chat channel, updating the issue management system, escalating to overall issues manager of critical issues, working closely with office content developers and business power users to support them in assessment, remediation and testing activities.

Requirements
• Strong expertise in MS Excel and Access, including ability to write and debug VBA applications
• Previous Experience as MS Excel and Access Power User or Expert role in a financial institution
• Previous Experience of successfully completing IT projects in a financial institution
• Very good understanding of Office 2010 remediation issues for MS Excel and Access, including language variations
• 10 years experience
• English – fluent; German is a strong plus
• Valid US work permit

Working place: Zurich (Switzerland) incl. travels to UK and/or US
