Description
Link Technologies is currently seeking a Functional CRM On-Demand Analyst for a contract position in Las Vegas, NV.
Requirements:
- 2+ years progressive business and technical experience, preferably in consulting with at least 1 year experience using OOD R16+
- Experience in configuring a SaaS application, Oracle CRM On-Demand
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of software development methodology
- Experience in building custom components in .NET/Java
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the translation and mapping of business objectives and functional requirements into technical CRM solutions
- Support work effort estimates for application configuration and Scripting of Oracle On-Demand and other SaaS based CRM applications
- Hands on design and build of technical solutions leveraging Oracle On-Demand applications
- Work with teams of onsite and offsite technical resources
- Facilitate meetings working within a technical and functional team environment to gather requirements, prioritize objectives, and brainstorm alternative solutions
